We use PostHog, a third-party product analytics service, to understand how members use the platform. This includes recording which pages and tools you open, actions you take (such as saving a draft, connecting a social account, or publishing a post), and your general activity level.

We also use session recording. This captures a replay of your visit — the pages you move through, where you click and scroll, and what is displayed on screen — so we can see where members get stuck and fix it. Recording is limited to the signed-in product at 1bbcommunity.com.

What we never capture: everything you type into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser. Passwords, payment details, API keys, and access tokens are never recorded and never reach us or PostHog. Recordings are retained for 30 days and are visible only to 1 Button Business staff.

If you would rather not be recorded, email us at hello@1buttonbusiness.com and we will exclude your account. Opting out does not affect your access to any feature.
